Natural cow horn, 4 3/8” height, delicately thinned with thickened lip and base. Inset horn bottom. Decorated in typical compass work with an upper band below double semi circles and supported by iconic tulip motifs. The bottom with a band inverted with larger semi circles below a band of minute overlapping arcs. The work requires precise scaling as the designs fit exactly, the spaces allotted, which are natural and random. The bottom slightly warped with short check and small chips to the underside. Untouched with white residue probably of buttermilk inside
