Dates July 18, 1865 verifying receipt of Quartermaster Stores for 1st Div. 4th AC for May 1865. Addressed to Capt Leander Poor and signed with a stamp. folded. Accompanied by a biography of Leander Poor, including his service as a Maine State Senator, after the War.
