Made in Canada by Iroquois and Mic Mac Indians for the American trade which, at that time, largely comprised affluent adventurers and honeymooners. 4 3/8” width, for table or dresser top use with all four sides encrusted in bead work on velvet. The bottom with low bead fringe. Red linen interior. A little wear to the cloth edge otherwise excellent.
