Bronze, made by the interior core casting method and never finished. Low rounded face. 5.2mm width, would finish to about size 10 1/4. Cast with a central core to distribute the metal and heat. The core then laboriously removed by hand, but that removal never completed here and significant remnants of the core remain. Surface textured from burial. Jewelry gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
