Yorkshire England, along the East coast. About 1/3 inch length and diameter. Cast, of barrel form. As found condition with the soil still inside the stringing hole. Untouched as they come to us.  Beads were valued more than gold to Vikings and they produced them as well as pillaged and ransomed for them. In the 10th century, they went to Indonesia specifically to procure a ransom for their legendary miniature beads. These large beads were made by Vikings and are suitable for modern bead creations. Gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
