7” medially ridged curved double edged blade, struck one side with a series and cluster of stars. Plated bolster and pierced pommel. Swelled grip of black horn(?) with laminar bone segments, inlaid with bone and pigment circles in a pattern surrounding a central pierced brass inlay of cross form. Heavy fighting example.
