The original Garment pin was patented two millennia later as the "safety pin". High ridged arched frame with transverse bar decoration and ridged spatulate terminal. Fastened at the shoulder and serving as jewelry as well as a Garment fastener. Bronze, just over 2" length, of elegant form, with double ridged back. Crisp with fine patina.
