Early Edo period. 18th century. 38 3/8” length. Polished cane shaft with willow leaf point secured in white silk wrap. Bone nock. Brown duck fletching secured in paper wrap. The entire fletch area beneath the flights wrapped in silk with the owner’s name at the top. Some insect damage to the wrap and the fletching tattered. Rare early example.
