RARE COPPER VIKING RING, 900-1050 AD JEWELRY, SIZE 9 1/2

$175.00
Size 9 1/2. 5.4mm width with low rounded face. Made by the lost wax process. Mottled red/brown patina. Vikings were expert metallurgists. The use of pure copper is rare and suggests a supernatural significance as alloys were much more durable. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity. Vikings exchanged rings on the pommel of the groom’s sword.
