Bronze, about 1 1/2” height of Crusader from with “crutches” to the beam tips. Each beam of five enameled recess with green enamel (true glass) mostly intact, the deficiencies as made. Matching decoration both sides. Known as Kiev Type, these are nearly always found in pieces, evidently sacrificed. This example is whole as made and untouched as found but for the restoration of the 24karat gold surface. Suspended from a gilt Sterling silver neck chain.
