$185.00

From a well known group. See Ancient Rings, Pollio, p.93. The distinguishing characteristic for these is the raised nubs at the apexes of the diamond shaped bezel. This example is specific within that group with a raised transverse band connecting the side nubs. The field is hand engraved with borders and hatching at the middle and ends. Size 8 ¾ with 5.0mm ridged band flaring to the stepped shoulders. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity. Excellent preservation and detail.
