Approximating the iconic francisca throwing axe, it likely was worn as a good luck charm as the Franks were largely converted to Christianity during the period. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored on an 18” gilt sterling silver neck chain for modern wear. Jewelry gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
