New Hall (Staffordshire) C.1790. 3 1/16" diameter with stepped scalloped ("shanked") body. White with rococo garland inside border. Matching sprig to the bottom. The outside with six flower and stem motifs. See Victoria & Albert Museum C.672&A-1935 for a related tea bowl and plate with near identical decoration and palate. Perfect as made.
