See Collector’s Illustrated Encyclopedia of the American Revolution, Neumann, p.103 #2. Of shot glass size, this example from Alex’s (Antiques) Uncas Connecticut, purchased in the 1980s. 2 ¼” height. Curved horn body, cut from below the horn tip and shaved to uniform thickness with wood base secured by shrinking the horn.  Unwarped which is rare for these. Charming.
