COLONIAL AMERICAN COMBINATION HORN C.1750

$220.00

See Neumann p.149 #4. 8 å?‰۝ length plus the lathe turned, ringed, base with integral knob. The base secured with bent iron pins and slightly shrunk. Long skillfully shaped spout. The smaller spout on this horn makes it suitable for priming including the smaller pans on pistols. Its smaller size is suited for pistol loads, but of course, it could be used to service a rifle as needed. Riflemen/hunters/soldiers often carried multiple horns with different grades of powder as protection against moisture.
